How RCare Docket Display System Works

RCare™ Docket Display System consists of two components:

Docket Data Importing Service
Docket Data Manager

The Docket Data Importing Service retrieves docket data from the court's case management system or similar source, either in real-time or daily via a batch process. If your court cannot make case load data available electrohnically, RCare™ DDS can also be used to enter and maintain docket data manually.

The Docket Data Manager allows the court's clerks to update the day's docket and message data at any time and updates are received by the monitors immediately. The Docket Data Manager includes an Admin module to allow the court's designated spplication administrator to reconfigure the system should additional monitors or dirfferent monitor sets be needed later -- the system is easily reconfigured.

We install and configure both the Docket Data Importing Service and the Docket Data Mananger on your server using a remote connection. We provide User and Administrator Guides and deliver online training so your team is up and running quickly. We provide unlimited remote support to help you complete the implementation successfully. An annual maintenance subscription delivers updates, patches, and even version upgrades at no extra cost.
