1. Login to the remote access User Portal https://user.itsupport247.net/ with your email as the username and the password you set for this portal. (If you have forgotten the password, call our support number to request a password reset.)
2. Once logged in, Click the icon for the resources you wish to access: Desktops or Servers (if you have permission to access them)
3. Click the Remote Access icon (the first icon) under the Options column. You will be presented with a login screen allowing you to login to your computer using your normal network credentials.
